A contemporary pink sapphire & diamond platinum ring

This platinum ring has a fine rectangular emerald cut pink sapphire set in a four double claw platinum collet. On either side of the sapphire is a trap cut diamond set in a platinum two claw and bar collet on a tapering platinum shank. The ring has been handmade to our specifications and design and the shank is hallmarked by the London Assay Office for 2014 and bears the sponsors marks "A&SP" for Alan & Sue Poultney. There is evidence of minor heat treatment to the pink sapphire.
